Hi, I’m Jeanne Kingsbury — owner of JMK Spaces, mom of four, and someone who’s always had an eye for helping people feel their best, whether it’s in a mirror or in their home.
For nearly three decades, I was a hairstylist, helping people show up with confidence. Now, I bring that same creative eye and heart-led approach to interior decorating — helping clients fall in love with their spaces and feel more at home in their homes.
I’ve always believed great design should feel personal — not just pretty. Whether I was styling an actor on a film set or refreshing a room for a busy family, I’ve always been about transformation with heart, not just surface-level beauty.
I grew up surrounded by art, creativity, and a mom who was a gifted interior decorator. She taught me early on that when a space is styled with care and intention, it can change how we feel, how we function, and how we connect with the people we love. That legacy stuck with me — and now I get to carry it forward, one project at a time.

Why Home Matters So Much to Me
Life has taught me that a home is more than just walls and paint colors. In 2018, my husband experienced a traumatic brain injury. Then, in 2021, our son underwent a heart transplant. Through those incredibly hard seasons, I realized just how deeply we need our homes to be places of peace, comfort, and healing.
That’s why I’m passionate about helping people create spaces that feel comforting, functional, and aligned with real life — whether you’re coming home from the hospital, preparing for guests, or getting ready to move on to the next chapter.
